Dolce Baking Company is a locally owned and operated boutique bakery in Prairie Village.

It is the result of owner, Erin Reynolds Browns' passionate pursuit of the sweet and seductive art of dessert.

Erin has been baking (obsessively) since the age of 7.

  Equipped with her local work experience, a culinary degree, tremendous support of family and dear friends, and a staff that is unmatched, Erin and Dolce strive to create delicious pastries.

Since the fall of 2007, Dolce has been feeding the scone and cinnamon roll habits of Kansas City.

Hand-crafted wedding cakes, beautiful tarts, and mouthwatering croissants are just a few of the specialties at Dolce.
